10th Amendment/State Sovereignty quote

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively or to the people.

The Federal Government has no authority over Education, Healthcare, Private Business, Housing, Natural Resources, or Religious Freedom or Our Right to Keep and Bear Arms. Nor can the Federal Government mandate unionization of private business.

Further, the Federal Government has no authority to force our children to volunteer for government-approved causes. Forced service is not “voluntary”; it is unconstitutional involuntary servitude.

Executive orders are contrary to Article 1, Section 1 of the Constitution.

I would support a State Sovereignty resolution similar to the one recently introduced in New Hampshire.
